20% Deposit on your booking.
Balance payment 21 days before holiday
Flexible Rebooking Policy
In the event of cancellation due to Coronavirus restrictions or for self-isolation, the customer has the flexibility to move the booking to alternative available date with no additional charges or have a full refund. The flexible rebooking policy is only available for cancellations related to genuine Coronavirus restrictions. Flexible rebooking is not available for cancellations related to weather or other reasons.
The 20% deposit payable upon booking is non refundable. If you cancel your stay within 21 days of your arrival we will endeavour to re-let your accommodation. If we can re-let then we will refund any money paid, minus the deposit. If we are unable to do so, then we regret that we will be unable to refund any monies paid. We recommend that you have appropriate holiday insurance cover.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your holiday we shall inform you as soon as possible and refund all monies paid to us, by you, within 14 days of notifying you.
Bell Tents. Each Bell Tent will sleep 2 in a double bed. We take 2 nights stay minimum, Bell Tents cost £95-£120 per night.
Avalon Railway Carriage Sleeps 2 in a double bed. We take 2 nights minimum stay, £125 per night. Please ring for availability. The Railway Carriage we have special packages for Christmas/ New Year & Valentines weekend.
Yurts Sleeps 2 in a double bed. We take a 3 nights stay minimum. Yurt cost £140 per night.

Bookings and Payments
A 20% non refundable deposit is required to make a reservation – you can pay via the booking system, book direct for best price. The final balance is payable 21 days before your holiday.
Arrival and Departure Times
Check-in time is from 3pm please let us know your approximate arrival time so we can meet you and show you round.
Please vacate by 10:00am on the day of departure.
Noise and Consideration Towards other Guests
Guests agree to be considerate and to take good care of the tents /yurts and facilities during their stay. Guests agree not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to other guests.
Dogs and Pets
Sorry ! No dogs or pets allowed on site.
Visitors are asked to take care at all times while on our property and we accept no liability for accident, loss of property or personal injury incurred on site.
Illness. If you are showing symptoms of Covid-19 in the 7 days upto and including your arrival date, you must stay at home and self-isolate. Guests showing signs of Covid-19 whilst staying Plum Tree are required to go for a test at the nearest available test site. The result of this test must be shown to the owner. If positive then the guest must immediately leave if this is reasonably possible. If for any reason that it is not possible, and self-isolation is required to take place at Plum Tree, then all fees for all bookings affected by this self-isolation will be borne by the guest.
Social Distancing. We ask all guests to please observe the 2m social distancing from other guests not in the same household at all times while on site.
Track and Trace. We will keep a temporary record of all guests contact details and will assist NHS Test and Trace with requests for that data if requested.
Plum Tree Glamping operates a strict NO SMOKING POLICY inside any of our Bell Tents or yurt, and the kitchen area or toilets/shower hut.
Number of people using the accommodation.
Under no circumstances may more that the maximum number of persons occupy the property. Admittance may be refused if this condition is not observed. The owners reserve the right to refuse or revoke bookings from parties which may in their opinion be unsuitable to occupy the

Care of accommodation
The ‘hirer’ is responsible for leaving the accommodation as they found it in good order and in clean condition and for ensuring that all members of his/her party behave in a responsible manner in both relation to the property and the general neighbourhood during the occupancy period.
Authority to sign.
The person who signs to accept the terms and conditions on the Booking Form certifies that:
a). He or she is authorised to agree Booking Conditions on behalf of all persons in the party.
b). The signatory is over 18 years of age
c). They agree to take responsibility for the party occupying the accommodation
